The South and SW side of Charlotte are our primary focus: West Charlotte, River District, CLT Airport, Steele Creek, Palisades, Berewick, Pineville, South End, Elizabeth, Dilworth, Cotswold, Myers Park, South Park, Quail Hollow, Ballantyne, Blakeney, Providence Road.

To keep pricing simple and transparent, we charge a pre-paid flat rate starting at $50 per hour for all services, with a 3-hour minimum. This rate covers mileage, tolls, and standard service time.

We understand appointments can run late. If there is a delay, please call us. A 15-minute grace period is included, and wait-time fees may apply after that.

Our goal is always to accommodate changes when possible, and we understand medical situations can change unexpectedly.

We do not accept insurance plans, but we provide an itemized invoice detailing client name/date/time/location so you may submit for reimbursement with your HSA or FSA plan if eligible. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or checking account (ACH) via Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure availability for all clients, reserved appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.

Wait & Return Appointments

• $75 cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days
• $100 no-show fee

Standard One-Way Trips

• $50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours
• $75 no-show fee

Medical Provider Cancellations
If your doctor or surgery center cancels your appointment and proof is provided, no cancellation fee will be charged.

We provide trusted adult/day surgery companion and transportation services, also described as Wait and Return or Door through Door. This includes assistance with appointments, day procedures, post-surgery transportation, and facility discharges. We include pharmacy stops before heading home. 

Unlike standard rideshare services, which may not meet the needs of facility discharges or scheduled appointments, ZAKTRA is tailored for trusted adult healthcare companion and transportation. There is no need to coordinate a second ride or worry about driver availability. You are never left waiting or unattended during your service.

Our drivers are trained for safety, reliability, and discretion in all situations. The ride is monitored via GPS and dispatch app to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Our drivers are trained in safety awareness and emergency response preparedness, ensuring a high level of care and attentiveness for our clients. We also maintain clean driving and background records to provide a professional and secure experience. Our vehicles are equipped with dash cams for driving safety. There are no “shared rides.” You have our exclusive attention for your reserved service time.

Yes! You can book services for a loved one or anyone who needs assistance with transportation or an escort to and from an appointment or procedure. Just let us know the details, and we will ensure they receive attentive, professional support throughout their service.
